‘Island Heroes’ is a series of biopics taking us on an extraordinary journey into the lives of six Canary Islanders. Each ‘hero’ embodies the values of CanaryEssence - and each has a special gift for translating passion into inspiration.

These six portraits follow the protagonists in their quest for achievement and their exploration of just what it means to be ‘canario’.

With these Awards, Canary Essence hopes to contribute to a wider appreciation of the Canary Islands as a seed-bed for excellence.
