Its location is unbeatable, situated on the frontline of the coast within the heart of an ecological estate of fruit trees and banana plantations. An incomparable environment to enjoy the birdsong and feel the peace and tranquility of the Protected Natural Space of Barranco de Ruiz.

The property is divided into two villas:

Villa Pardela comprises two double bedrooms. Master suite with a 180×190 bed and private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) and flexible bedroom with two single beds 90×190 / Work studio with a 180×80 desk / Individual reading space.
